Return Process

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging; please note that for hygiene reasons, individual underwear cannot be returned once opened.

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size.

  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely package your items, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
